Well although I thank you for your support, I wouldn’t go that far. J Just wanted you to know where it was left. At some point we will have to re-engage and I welcome all the help!

Thanks!

Fen, great idea but it is not that simple. I have already discussed “its their turn” before we left Pennsic. They have quite a few targets we left them now and have seen how we make ours. I know they are capable as we see what Baron Padriag and others come up with for Spring Thynge / swamp thing and GGG. The question is if they are willing to really invest the time like we do. We agreed that we would touch base around the Holidays to see where they stand. If they are going to drop it on the floor, I offered that Atlantia would be willing to entertain running it again. I wanted an out if our crew was tired of doing all the work.

So we will see where it stands in the next few months. I know the Mid program is in disarray because I was told this by their new DEM.

Thanks…

So more likely than not, Atlantia will be supporting the East next year.

What if we appoint some kind of Liaison to help turnover the shoot to them? Everything from advice on lessons learned from our last two hostings... maintaining the intent and integrity of the shoot... to maybe providing 1 or 2 targets to bolster the course? Because we will likely be helping them run the shoot anyway.

And a similar but lesser approach if the Mid takes the shoot.

We want St Sebastian's to be flourishing when its our turn to run it again in a few years.

Nope, that was a 1-time thing as I understand it.

The 'hope', which I got from talking with a few people helping to
organize future Pennsics ... is just a hope that this might happen from
'time to time'. Perhaps every 3rd year.

Though nothing is written in stone until the next Pennsic is negotiated.
