[Archers] Use of PVC bows in Atlantia

Good evening everyone, after listening to the discussion and all of your
viewpoints I am making the ruling that we will not at this time ban PVC bows
from our Kingdom. There has been very constructive discussion about this
subject and I find myself agreeing with both aspects we have been
discussing. I do not want to simply add more rules to our list just because,
and see no reason it this point in time to do so concerning PVC bows. If we
start to see issues with them and get some evidence that there are problems,
we will re-address this issue. So what I ask to all of our MIC's is please
do your due diligence if you encounter them on the ranges. I will leave the
final decision to you if you feel a bow is unsafe and should not be allowed
to be used. Please make sure you have valid reasons for the rejection. They
should be inspected as you would any other bow. I don't like them, I don't
think they fit our spirit of the game but we need to be cautious about just
running people off with them "just because." I am thinking we won't see many
of these in our travels in the kingdom anyway.
