[Archers] Reminder to our new marshal's on filing reports

Good evening everyone, just wanted to send a reminder since we have so many
new marshal's this year. If you are the MIC for Archery at an event, I
expect you to submit a report to me within 10 days using the report form on
the Atlantia Target Archery page found here:
http://archery.atlantia.sca.org/ . If you are the MIC for Archery at an
event that has other martial activities, the MIC for the overall event will
be responsible to file a combined report to the Kingdom Earl Marshal. You as
the Target Archery MIC should provide your report to the Event MIC and me.
