[Archers] Update on Pennsic range set up

Thanks to Lord Mungo for finding out a few more details on set up.


8am not 7 am is the GO time on that first Sunday.


Wear what ever you are comfortable in.  Bring gloves as some of the targets are "scratchy". 


Cars will be allowed to drive down to and park at the range for set up.
