[Archers] A little more Pennsic war news

With Atlantia being teamed with AEthelmearc it will be interesting to see how they do the teams for archery champions. If they pick the best from the group of archers from both or if they do 10 from one Kingdom or 10 from the other and then allies or what. It might not end up any different for us then it normally does.
