[Archers] Winter Archery Practice tonight!

A bit more of a drive for some, but Crossbows are allowed, and its free.
Dun Carraig's Archery practice is every Friday at 7pm rain or shine.
Outside if the weather allows (lighted so darkness isn't a problem), inside
(limited to 20 yards) if the weather is acting up.
