[Archers] Atl Atl Rules

Thank you Lorelei, yeah I wanted to start this discussion again because I
think it is going to take some time to flush out. I don't want to dissuade
anyone from being part of our group and actually have enjoyed the events
that have Atl Atl and thrown incorporated into them. I think moving forward
we can get to some agreed upon end with this..

Catching up on email again.  Glad you are resolving the atl atl Royal Rounds
issue.  It was one thing I had hoped to conclude during my term but didn't
get the opportunity.  I saved some discussion and notes from previous chats.
I'll send it your way, Jay and you can sort through it.  I believe some of
the discussion was carried out on the "Archery Policy" list that we had
briefly.
