[Archers] Waivers required or not?

Had the first one covered, was only basing on Names entered, not Scores.
Yes, that means the Marshal has to enter the name into the system for it to
appear on the Waiver Roster, but of all the marshals that I spoke with at
Unevent, everyone was going to do some form of spread sheet that they could
just keep printing out each month. So most marshals where going to be
entering the name somewhere anyway, this would just collect in all in one
place where most marshals go anyway. Besides not like it is forcing a
marshal to use it, if a marshal wants to do their own spreadsheet go for it.

Those that show up sign next to their name, those with a membership would
already have a number next to their name so no need to sign.

Good point, will double check with Society on that, this is going to be
placed behind the Logon. Possible alternate if Society does not want the
Numbers printed, just place a ### (in place of the true number) with the
real expiration date to show the marshal that they have a member number and
when it expires.
