[Archers] Status report from Unevent Target Archery session

Good morning all, I just wanted to pass along the highlights of what was
discussed:

 

1.       After discussion with our Marshal's and Sir Otto, I will proceed
with making the Target Archery Marshal's white cards. Every Warranted
Marshal must have a white card. This will be our positive way to identify
Warranted Marshal's on the range when you are unsure of someone. I will also
be making yellow cards for MiT's. Sir Otto briefed us that the Earl Marshal
is working to put together a similar card that would have all of the
disciplines a marshal is Warranted for. When these cards come about we will
phase ours out as they will be redundant. He felt that we would lead the way
by instating ours first and the Marshallate would follow. I will be printing
them, laminating them and mailing them to your addresses in the next few
weeks. They will be good for 3 years based on your class date.

 

2.       We discussed the St. Sebastian's shoot next year it is requested
that I move the shoot from Saturday to Sunday to accommodate those who
arrive on site on Saturday. I have put the request into the MIC from the Mid
and awaiting a response.
