[Archers] St. Sebastian Shoot at Pennsic 41 - I volunteer

Okay let's get specific then...

If we hold the St. Sebastian Shoot at Pennsic 41 -

I volunteer to set up and maintain the marshaling schedule for this shoot.
With Marshals to sign up for 1 hour time slots (As many as they would like
to)

I will recrute marshalls before the day to fill in time slots.

Marshals who volunteer for this shoot will receive a very nifty
commemorative marshal favor identifying them as marshals for the shoot.

I also volunteer to arrainge for a hospitality table, drinks, snacks, the
works, for those who sign up to volunteer to marshal at the shoot.
