In this case, we do what we must. Our complaints have merit, but as we all
work for respect for the archery community, we must also do our best to make
sure that everyone from beginner to 'old hand', are prepared.

This speaks to the current planning process. One of the complaints I heard
the most from Pennsic was: "~I saw it on the map, but I had no idea it was
this far away!".

I think we (the royal we) can get caught in the details, forget the
customer.

I am voicing this only to try to ensure that once the dust settles, there is
good end user documentation and the event is conveyed in a clear way. (which
I already have faith it would have been given the players here)
