[Archers] Ceridwyn and the IKAC

Sorry to add a voice to what seems to be well in hand.

However, I feel compelled to add my view that no one person, regardless of
station, should wield power in a vacuum. If someone acts in such a way that
affects others directly and especially in an adverse way, that person
should be compelled to explain their actions for good or ill. There are
channels, rules, and expectations.

On a personal note, rules are meant to be broken, but not to the detriment
of others. That we have a gifted archer in our midst should be appreciated.
There has to be a way to deal with this.

I hope to have not muddied the water any more, and I trust deeply this
matter is in hand.

In general, we should cast no stones until the accused proves their
unworthiness.
