[Archers] a new crossbow

Noble friends,

This isn't a crossbow. " . . . fits an AR-15 receiver . . . ." It is a 
high-tech murder machine.

I'm pleased to marshal in Atlantia, where such artificial enhancers of 
questionable virility are not allowed. At least at Pennsic we can 
require all those holes to be covered with nasty duct tape.
