[Archers] Schedule for On Target June 3 - 5

Greetings Archers!  
Below is the schedule for On Target:

On Friday, June 3: 
5:00 p.m.: Site opens
On Saturday June 4th:  
8:00 a.m.: Troll Opens...as does the practice range 
If you plan to shoot, please do not wait until 10:00 a.m. to arrive....you will need to hear the instructions for the shoot!
10:00 a.m.: Archers assemble and form into groups 11:00 a.m.: Walk-through Shoot begins NOON: Lunch is Served! 1:00 p.m.: Bocce Tournament Begins & Walk-through Continues 5:00 p.m.: Trophys and Exultations 
(Winners announced, prizes given, Baronial Archery Champion selected) -Per Their Excellencies wishes, there will be NO formal court. 6:00 p.m.: Dinner 

Sunday, June 5th:
9:00 a.m. Site Clean-up commences Noon: Site closes
