As has been pointed out, the official badge for archery marshals, is
that of any marshall. Crossed yellow swords on a black background.
(The nature of the swords can be up to the person making it)
A 'while ago', there was a movement to get special/different badges
passed for archery, combat archery, etc.
At the time, after much discussion, they were shot down by (If I
remember correctly) both Kingdom and Society. Saying that a 'marshal is
a marshal', and should wear a marshals mark.
They fact they are standing on the archery range running the line,
implies the type of marshal they are :)
In Service,
Siegfried
PS. That's not to say that I don't disagree with that. It would be
nice to have something special. However, for those of us
multi-discipline, it does mean 'one device'.
PPS. It was also pointed out that by the arrows, that 'crossed arrows'
actually won't pass heraldically. Something about arrows always being
'3 in a sheath' instead of 2 crossed.
PPPS. Yes, It appears in the meantime that the equestrians passed their
own device. Still black/yellow, and on the 'theme' of the marshals one,
but different.
PPPPS. Yes, some kingdoms have passed their own. In the Middle they
have a device with 3 red arrow heads on a white background, and many
middle marshals wear them, you may have seen them on the Pennsic Range.
