[Archers] SSP shoot pennsic flyers

Janyn and Lorelei:

Do you still want me to make the flyers for the Saint Sebastian's Prize shoot? I 
am happy to do it and can probably get Ceridwyn and her pennsic archery friends 
to do the posting. When do you think they should go up on the posting boards?

I also need to know the final details you have decided on - - such as what are 
the start and stop times!
