This is from Lord Godric of Hamtun, the East Kingdom Archery General (they have way cooler titles than we do.)

Pay attention to the practice dates, if you want to try out for the Master's Team

"Greeting to you all, My name is Lord Godric of Hamtun and I am the Captain General of Archers for the East Kingdom.

I am contacting you as I believe your kingdoms will be allied with the east this coming Pennsic and I want to let you in on what has and will be happening.

First the Populous War Points will be the same as last year, there will be a clout shoot, soldier shoot and a castle window shoot. Each one of these shoots will be worth one war point each, with Pennsic Champions shoot being the 4th war point. Champions will be on Wednesday this year, so I will hold a champions practice on Saturday, Sunday and Monday August 6th, 7th and 8th starting at about 6pm. If you have archers that would like to be considered for this team please have them show up on those days. This years team will be made up of 20 Easterners and up to 10 Allied Shooters.

Also of note is that each archery may only shoot each of the war points once, so with that being said I would like you all to encourage, bribe, make fun of or any other way of getting every person from within your group to come up and shoot there war points. Strength in numbers, Even if they have not shot for years or have never shot. I will have some equipment that I will loan out to Eastern archers and her allies and I encourage you all to do the same (if you feel comfortable doing so).

Also let it be known that since we are only able to shoot our war point once there will be a range dedicated to novelty shoots so create some fun shoots to share with the known world."
