<tongue firmly in cheek>
For all this noise about the "crossbow crowd" I can point out that the current Seasonal Challenge leader is a crossbow shooter who has shot 6 of their 7 scores with on of those weirdly long bendy sticks, but is still in the lead!! Yep, I lost 4 of those 6 but then my opponent was using their "normal" bow. Maybe it is the non-crossbow crowd needs to step up the game a bit?!?
<grin>

Hrumm maybe there is a challenge in that...

Yep, there is. This is an open challenge to anyone who cares to step up and try!!

How many arrows does it take to knock over a water filled 20oz soda bottle from 20 yards? The catch is you have to shoot with the class of bow (handbow or crossbow) you have not held a RR average for at least a full year (the last time I had a recurve average was 2008 with a whopping 30!). As always no practicing allowed.

Game on! ooOOOoooh Cog, you gonna take the bait? :>

Well now doesn't that just figure?!?! Our new Royal Archer shoots with a broken bow! You know, it's time to leave those kiddie bows behind and move up to adult equipment............ :-)
