the current plan is to have 5 populace shoots throughout the day with 3 of them designated as E.GADS team shoots, highest score total wins.
also each individuals score ( on a team or not ) counts toward the overall championship. 
have you been to BWTA before ?
we try to keep a quick pace with fast changeover between shoots as there is nothing worse than bored archers. last year we did 5 shoots with one of them being the winter challenge, 6 ends of 6 arrows each and 2 - 30 sec. speed rounds..... + 60 archers. <whew>

feast afterward , with cooks that can actually cook.
plenty of hotels and airport within 5 to 10 miles 

also we are working on a similar format for the men, just cant get the name right...  He MAN -Heroic Manly Archery --- stuck on the n...
