[Archers] New rule

It would seem clear that the only way to clear this up without ambiguity is 
with a simple diagram.  It is also clear that words alone are not conveying 
the detail of the configuration.  Finally, as for the apparent 
configuration, I see few if any sites in our Barony that will meet this and 
therefore, archery may be dead here.  I know that where I had practiced for 
15 years is not able to meet this restriction, and am aware of only one site 
we have used in the past 4 years that might.

I realize that safety is the number one, but beware collateral damage.
