[Archers] Emergency Deputy Earl Marshal Position

Greetings Marshals and Archers of Atlantia,
 
I've asked Janyn Fletcher to serve as the Emergency Deputy Earl Marshal for Target Archery and he has agreed. Janyn has been involved in archery competitively and from a safety perspective for the last 30 years, although not always in the SCA.  He has run events and served as president of a few local clubs and shot for the Hoyte Bow company before coming to the SCA.  
 
He is currently a Baronial Archery Champion, very active in the SCA archery community and has an abundance of energy and good ideas.  Please welcome him to the position and consider him my "Right Hand" in the Northern part of our Kingdom.  Share with him your ideas and concerns so that we can continue to grow and strengthen the Atlantian archery community.
