[Archers] Event reports and other information

I copied the email addresses off the website for marshals and sent the email below, but so many of them came back as undeliverable, thought I'd post this here as well.  Please double check to make sure your contact information is correct.  Thanks so much.

Greetings archery marshals of Atlantia, from your new Deputy Earl Marshal.  The Quarterly Reports are due by June 10th, so please stop by 
http://archery.atlantia.sca.org/index.php  and click on Quarterly Reports, fill it out and click send.  Simple.  You should be doing this every quarter if you are running practices, doing events, demos, etc.  
 
Also, please do not forget to fill out the Event Reports.  The link is found on the same page.  Make a copy and send it off to the event MIC as well.  If you are not on the Atlantian Archers e-list (the link to join is found at the bottom of that same page), please consider joining.  I'd like to use that as the primary means of communication among our archery marshaling community.  
 
The link to change/update information on http://marshal.atlantia.sca.org/Roster/TargetArcherySuspendeesByLast.html is now working, so if you have any information that needs updating, please do so. 
 
Those of you who have already contacted me about warrant issues, just a bit more patience please.  Many of those problems will be resolved when the "blue pages" are next updated, which should be this week.

I'm opened to hearing about new ideas, current problems, anything that needs to be addressed, fixed, made better....you get the idea.
