Agreed.  From my experience as a Range Safety Officer in the Marine Corps -  any Safety Ruleset should 1) be easily located and  2) easily understood by any Novice. 

 

If our own Marshalls need to conference to sort out what the rules mean, then we have a problem.  The most recent rule change is a good example of that.

 

I dont have the SCA experience or wisdom to know how to solve this, or what protocol should be followed, but if you need someone to type revisions for you, let me know :)

For the life of me I can't understand why certain things have to be so
hard to follow? ...seems to me that neither of them are complete
and or correct.
