[Archers] [MR] Midnight at the Oasis

There will be an open target shoot starting at 12:30.  I will close that
shoot when I start the snake shoot (which is actually a stick shoot)
unless I can find someone to run the field when the snake shoot is going on.

I do want to apologize for the flyer being wrong.  It is last years
flyer.... well at least for the archery.  For some reason it hasn't been
updated.
