[Archers] New Archery Champions

Siegfried,

Your Situation #1 is the correct answer.

HRM Logan has appointed an Archery Champion, Christophe, in the same light
as the Rapier/Heavy Champions, which serves in court during his reign.

The traditional "Kingdom Archery Champion" position, which I hold, is to be
re-branded and become a Chartered Notable as the Royal Archer, in the same
light as the Royal Brewer/Baker/etc.  The specific details are being worked
out, but all the major points have been agreed to and the chartering moving
forward.
