[Archers] Pennsic master shoot

I just got confirmation from Master Squirrellsbane, East marshal of
archery at Pennsic this year, that the qualification shoot, although he
chooses not to call it that, will occur on Saturday and Sunday preceding
the Masters Shoot scheduled for Monday Aug 4th.  Thus if you choose to
qualify for the ally team for the East plan on shooting August 2 & 3,
times to be announced at Pennsic (check in at the range).  Squirrel
tells me there are 10 positions for the East allies.
