[Archers] Pennsic shoot

This is, IMO, a 'very very very bad idea'.

There is a reason that Pennsic stopped doing this.

If you average the scores, then 'lesser skilled archers' are dis
encouraged from participating. Since their score can harm the kingdom's
chances of winning.

This was exemplified at one year's Pennsic Populace shoot, where because
of the averaging, large number of folks from one Kingdom were encouraged
to NOT shoot the war point, unless they were of a certain rank ... to
ensure that the average was high, and that therefore the war point was won.

Averaging scores here, and the same thing will happen. Lesser skilled
archers will shy away, knowing that their score will harm.

Tis much better, and simpler ... to just let whoever wants to shoot, shoot.

If they happen to be made of 3 people from one kingdom who meet the 'bow
requirements', then it counts for score. If they don't, it doesn't.

If people shoot it multiple times, that's fine.

In the end, the highest counting score from each Kingdom will be chosen
... and the winners chosen from that.
