[Archers] target archery class

Hello regional and kingdom archer marshals.

  I am going to be at War of the Wings and I was wondering if an archery marshal class is going to be offered? I am overdue to update my class and will not be able to make University this fall.

  If there is not one being offered at War of the Wings, when will the next one be after this University?
