[Archers] Target Archery at Pennsic War

A few things that all should be aware of:

A) The Populace War Point is being run on less days this year (Due to it 
being run just 'too long' in years past.   It's times are:
  Wed 	 Aug 16: 	 noon - 5:00 pm
  Thu 	Aug 17: 	9:00 am - 5:00 pm
  Fri 	Aug 18: 	9:00 am - 3:00 pm

B) Marshals in training:   Remember that each 2 hour shift that you do 
at the range counts as 1 full event worth of training.  Signup sheets 
will be in the tents at the archery range.  Please sign up on a shift 
that also includes a full Atlantian Marshal, and let them know you are a 
MiT when you arrive.

C) To all Archers & Marshals.  Help is always needed to get the range 
setup and torn down.
   Range setup will be on Monday August 7th, starting at 9am.  It will 
continue Monday, and Tuesday morning as well until it is finished. 
Please come lend a hand.
   The range will be open the rest of Tuesday, and Wednesday, ONLY for 
those people who helped setup.   Thursday it will open for general 
Marshals & friends, and Saturday it will start being officially manned.
   Teardown is on Friday 18th, starting at 3pm.
