[Archers] North Regional Deputy

Unto all archery marshals, and archers, assembled...

Lord Menua has asked to step down as North Carolina Regional Deputy, due 
to having taken on some additional responsibilities.  I wish to give my 
heartfelt thanks to Menua for a job extremely well done over the last 5 
years in that position!

I now wish to make it known that I have chosen Christophe of Grey as the 
next Regional Deputy for North Carolina.

So, everyone 'down there', go bug him now!
