[Archers] New Archer Names

So now archery marshals are heralds?  Actually, this is MORE strict than the
heralds are- the heralds just STRONGLY discourage fantasy-type names, and
they don't submit them to the College of Heralds.  They don't say you can't
USE a fantasy-type name.  And in almost every instance I know of someone
starting out with a fantasy-type name, that person gets embarrased and feels
silly within a year or two and changes it anyway.
