[Archers] Waviers (was New Archer Names)

Archery is not defined by Corpora as a "martial activity"

The KMoL has no desire to "take over" archery waivers, or institute them. 
Archers are covered by the waiver when they sign in at the event. If you 
wish to donate money to the KMoL and heavies, feel free.
