[Archers] Target Archery Warrants

Marshals;

We have the basic setup to ensure that all marshals will be able to keep updated on their marshals classes now. On top of getting the class at University or requesting the Kingdom Target Archery Marshal to give a class we now have regional marshal throughout the kingdom that are authorized to give the classes. Check the marshals pages at http://archery.atlantia.sca.org/warranted_marshals_main.html. Use your regional marshal, just done abuse them.

The kingdom is starting to get their act together on this also. They have uploaded a marshals list but at the present have not said that it is the defined status that we will adhere to. 

Due to circumstances I have been lax and have let things slide over the summer. 

But I will now make a definition that all marshals that are overdue from the present through the October University WILL have to get a class by that University or be classified as suspended until they get the class. To repeat, anyone that is classified as overdue after University is over will be suspended. I will allow one week for the University instructor to get the class information to me. (Hoping I don't get overwritten on this, just hoping to stay one step ahead of Kingdom level definition.) This gives everyone a defined time to get the class, over two months. 

For those going to Pennsic there will two marshals classes on the middle weekend given by Baron Mika Longbow. Also tell all your archers that would like to become a marshal by attending this class and doing two hours of service on the range (one for bow checking and one for line running) they will have accomplished their requirements to become a marshal.

And remember that all marshals that are at Pennsic need to give of their time to serve as marshals on the archery range. It is our being there for others that allows everyone to enjoy doing archery during Pennsic. For those going to Pennsic, I'll see you there and have a good trip up there.
