[Atlantia-Announce] Reminder about scribal assignments at events

Good evening!

    Just a friendly reminder..... if you take on a Kingdom scribal
assignment, please turn it in/ have it turned in for you ASAP on-site to
myself, the Royal Court Hearld, the Court Secretary, or directly to Their
Majesties.

  This allows for timely court preperation, helps prevent scroll location
confusion, and stops potential scroll duplication issues on site.

  If there are circumstances that will prevent you from delivering your
assignment(s) on site well in advance of court, please let me know and I
will work with you to make alternate arrangements.
