We are still seeking bids for three 2016 events.  As of today's date, we
have not received any bids for any of the following events:



     *  Fall University 2016, Event Date/9-17-2016, Preferred
Location/Central VA-Northern NC,  (Please ensure you reach out to the
University Chancellor for this bid)

     *  Fall Crown 2016, Event Date/11-5-2016, Preferred Location/Northern
VA-Maryland, Bid Deadline/12-31-2015, Decision Deadline/1-21-2016

     *  Unevent 2016, Event Date/12-3-2016, Preferred Location/Southern,
Bid Deadline/12-31-2015, Decision Deadline/1-21-2016


The following deadlines apply to all three of these bids:


     *  Bid Deadline for Bid Submissions: 12-31-2015

     *  Bid Decision Deadline for the Committee: 1-21-2016
