Greetings to the Lists,

Drums of War is going to be an action packed event with activities and fun
for all. Here are some of the things that will make you not want to miss
this event.

Fighting - Lots of heavy and rapier melee practice in anticipation of
Pensic, Archery, Thrown weapons, Seige weapon demonstration and
authorizations.

A&S Activities - There will be seven different A&S competitions led by Lady
Aminah. There will be prizes in all categories:

- Fighter Fashion Show - Brought back by popular demand, a fun
filled activity that lets our fighters strut their stuff and show off how
fierce and awesome they are.

- Baronial banner making competition - Show us your best banner
that glorifies our great barony of Sacred Stone.

- Brewing classes and competition - Bring your best brew and join
your fellow brewers for a class taught by Baron Edward Brookshire. Rules
to be posted soon.

- Lady Murienne is sponsoring a period dessert competition. They
will be judged twice, once for how period they are, and once for how tasty
they are.

- Easter Bonnet competition - Best period headwear documented to
time of the theme.

- Scroll blank competition - Best scroll blank in the French or
English style.

- Best decorated egg- Your egg does not need to be a real egg,
just egg shaped. Documentation as to the method, style and history of the
decoration will be given extra points.

Youth activities to include egg coloring and an Easter Egg Hunt led by our
own HRH Brianna and our Minister of Minors Lady Ealasaid.

A fabulous 5 course feast prepared for the first 50 lucky individuals who
pre-register prepared by our own premier cook, Lady Murienne.

A belly dance class being taught by Baroness Reyna on Saturday afternoon.

A drumming class and competition by Baron Achbar.

Dancing in the castle after the feast led by Lady Elizabeth. You may
remember the dancing at WoW and how much fun it was.

A bardic competition and bardic circle led by our Baronial Bard, Lady
Thamira

We are still working on classes so stay tuned for more class activities.

A fund raiser lunch brought to you by the canton of Croix Brigte.

And all for just $15 which includes camping, if you pre-register with ACCEPS
and are a member. Add the normal $5.00 for non-members.

So why would you want to go anywhere else? Save gas and come join us on
April 6-8th at Elchenburg Castle for Drums of War.
