[Sacredstone] Drums of War A&S Day

Hello all,.
Drums of War is approaching quickly.  It is Easter weekend April 6-8th.  We have lots 
of fun things planned. See our website https://sites.google.com/site/drumsofwar2012/  We are using a 100 Years War scenario 
 with the French vs British theme.  It is our plan for folks to decide when they check into gate which side they want to support.
We will have the French fleur de lis flags and the English lion flags and they will pick one and display it in their camp.
The tokens will have a Fleur on one side and a lion on the other.We also want to have armbands for the fighters to wear to show which side they are fighting for.

Here is where we need help.  We need to make about 100 flags and armbands.  I would like to host
a A&S day at my house in Mooresville, NC on Feb 26th.  I have lots of room to sew and cut and serge and etc.
I will provide lunch for any who are willing to come help.  Even if you don't sew, I know we can find something
for you to do.  

Please let me know if you might be available to lend a hand.  I was thinking we would start around 11:00 or so
and go until everyone was tired.  It will be a fun day.

best barony in the kingdom.
