The individual who asked was looking for clarification, after having heard that this practice was "no longer necessary" and that it was sufficient simply to record whether or not the person checking in has a membership. <br>
<br></div>Long story short, Sir Bryce as Kingdom Seneschal has made inquiries and the Society Seneschal, Sir Modius, has confirmed: <br><br>YES, membership numbers DO need to be recorded on gate check-in sheets. <br><br>
Recording membership numbers allows us to ID individuals and confirm their membership status at the Society level, as well as their waiver-on-file status, should it ever become necessary.<br>
<br></div>Please continue "business as usual" and direct your gate staff/tollners to record membership numbers.
