<DIV>I hope everyone had a good holiday . And congratulations to
Drogo and Adina as our next Baron and Baroness.I know Ponte Alto will
continue to be in good hands under your tenure.</DIV>

<DIV>I do have some news on the storage unit I felt I need to share in
case any one hears of it on the news.</DIV>
<DIV>The Public storage facility in Herndon where we store baronial
property apparently suffered a fire today .However I do not believe at
this time that our unit was affected by this. According to the news
report I have found so far the fire occurred in the 2
story building (where we used to be) </DIV>
<DIV>Our current unit is on the other side of the property so
is about as far away from that building as it could be. I did try
to drive by but fire units were still blocking Centreville road. I
will try again tomorrow to ascertain this but for now I do not think
there is any need for concern that we have any property damage.</DIV>
