This Friday, October 23rd, I will be sponsoring the monthly newcomers
meeting at my home in Kingstowne. Members old and new are welcome, and
please feel free to bring any projects you might be working on.<br> <br>
I will be providing some food and drinks, but, because attendance is
unpredictable, I would ask the experienced members to try to bring a
dish/refreshment/desert to share. Newcomers need only bring yourselves
(unless you WANT to bring something else).<br> <br> Children are
welcome as I have 3 of my own.  We do have 2 dogs and a cat
(who will be sequestered for the evening), so please pre-medicate if
you have allergies (if you have an allergy to children...that would
probably work as well).<br> <br> Please park in the visitor's
spaces.  My townhome unit is decorated for Halloween and will
