All,<br>Since my redaction was done tonight as I went along, I wanted to get it written down before it is forgotten.<br><br>1 lb carrots - steam for about 7 minutes, then brown in hot olive oil about 1 minute on a side.<br><br>Sauce<br>1/2 cup cider vinegar<br>1 whole head of garlic (10-12 cloves)<br>2 heaping TBS bread crumbs<br>1/2 tsp ground caraway seeds<br>1/2 tsp ground mustard.<br><br>Roast the garlic cloves for 15 minutes in 400 degree oven. Peel. In mini Cuisinart, put 1/4 cup vinegar, all garlic, bread crumbs and spices and mince until a sauce. Add the rest of the vinegar and stir.
