<DIV>I dont know who is the northern regional warlord. But the Ponte Alto warlord is one of Sir Thomas squires Conner(if I am spelling it right). To find out who is in charge you need to ask the barons. There also are households who fight together and not with the barony's. As it is it is a cobbled together arrangement that seems to work.
