Master Tirloch officially became Grandpa Tirloch (or is that "grandpa bear"?) with the arrival of </SPAN></FONT><FONT face=Arial size=2><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; FONT-FAMILY: Arial">Grandson Michael Wayne Midgett at 00:55 this morning. Despite predictions, he’s a small baby (for this family) arriving at only 7 lbs, 15 oz, 20 ˝ inches. He apparently liked where he was, because all encouragement to leave was ignored, and they finally forced his appearance through c-section. (I had originally expected to be putting up a "congrats" sign at the pennsic troll booth, but Mikey didn't cooperated.)</SPAN></FONT></P>
<P class=MsoNormal><FONT face=Arial size=2><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; FONT-FAMILY: Arial">Aunt Jacquie (Tirloch's #2 daughter) has already been over to see him this morning (prior to 6:30am!), and reports that the baby is “SO CUTE!” and “he’s a fuzzy baby” with lots of light brown hair. Mom Bridget (Tirloch's #1 daughter) was still shaky but otherwise ok; Dad Mike was snoring. <BR>

Hopefully, we'll be able to get down to Virginia Beach this weekend to start our grand-parently duties. ("task 1, spoil child rotten; task 2, hand child back to parents...")</SPAN></FONT></P>
