<DIV>It really depends on the plastic. If you are using high density polyethylene (white hockey plastic) I believe the temp is app. 250 degrees. The plastic will turn from white to opaque. If it becomes clear it is too hot. If you are using Kydex you will need to ask someone else since I haven't done much with that material.</DIV>
