[Ponte Alto] RAPIER & HEAVY PRACTICE SITE CHANGE

IMPORTANT SCHEDULE CHANGE:
Ponte Alto heavy and rapier practices will be moving outside for the foreseeable future in an effort to reduce the risk of our fighters and the children and staff of the Elementary Schools that host us contracting the COVID-19 (coronavirus). This does mean practice will only be able to run until we lose light. We encourage everyone to make optimal use of their time once arriving.

Also, please do not come to practice if you are feeling ill in any way. We encourage limiting body contact with other people (hugs, hand shakes, etc) to include touching things that are not yours. If you sneeze or cough, please do so into a tissue, rag, or otherwise disposable object or, worst case, into your sleeve at the elbow.
