[Ponte Alto] Delay of Today's Heavy Weapons Fight Practice Until 12:45

Greetings Heavy Weapons Fighters of Ponte Alto and Its Environs!

To avoid the rain and have a chance for about two hours of rain free
practice, today's heavy weapons fight practice will be delayed until 12:45.

If the predicted afternoon weather conditions deteriorate by 12:30 then the
practice will be cancelled. A final decision will be made and announced at
that time.
