[Ponte Alto] Electronic Polling

Seamus,

While I personally still have reservations about the electronic polling
process, and have discussed them privily with kingdom at Battle on the Bay,
I have changed my polling option to electronic in order to facilitate the
economy of reduced printing and postage. If you need help with stamps or
stuffing envelopes, please let me know. I'll be happy to share the labor.
