[Ponte Alto] Later Start Time for Tomorrow's Heavy Weapons Fight Practice

Greetings Heavy Weapons Fighters of Ponte Alto  and Its Environs!

Because of the colder morning temperatures (but all sun and no wind
predicted) tomorrow's heavy weapons fight practice will start one hour
later at 1:00 PM in the afternoon when things are a bit warmer.
