[Ponte Alto] Business Meeting Reminder - 3/27/16, location change & end of quarter reminder

Greetings unto the list:

The March Business Meeting will take place on its originally scheduled day,
Sunday the 27th of March at 6pm.  However, due to this being Easter Sunday,
we have had to find another venue.  Lord Grimkirk and Lady Agnete, have
been kind enough to open their home to host the meeting.
Their address is:
 Lord Grimkirk ap Greymoor & Lady Agnete Köslin,
4215 Maylock Lane, Fairfax, VA  22033

Moving the day was not an option, as people travelling back from Gulf Wars
would most likely miss the meeting, and that would include the Baronage.
Not to mention the week before is still a religious holiday and we would
not have been able to use the church.  Obviously if you are travelling or
observe Easter we understand if you cannot make the meeting.

Officers, especially if you cannot be there, please email myself and
Baroness Adina, a copy of your report so they can be included in the
minutes.  Please note,  March 31st is the end of the 1st Quarter, remember
to start working on your Quarterly reports and get them in on time.

April 24th we will return back to the church for the Business Meeting at
6pm.  Officers please arrive at 5pm so we can have a brief officer meeting
/ brain-storming session.
