[Ponte Alto] Event field hospitality

Good Afternoon,
Her Excellency and I are seeking help for setting up and managing field
hospitality for outdoor events.
We have Defending the Gate this weekend. If someone can pick up the day
shade and the new table from storage and at least bring it to new comers
night we'd appreciate it.

Also, if anyone would like to coordinate or assist with snacks and such to
put out for the day please let us know.

Our next event after this weekend will be Coronation and similar assistance
woud be appreciated there also.
